Does anyone know of a nice, sedate, old-fashioned piano bar in the Oklahoma City area?

|aurora_lamour||04:49 pm - BPAL?|
I have been hearing so much about BPAL but before I pour money into it I was wondering if there is anywhere local that has somewhere you can sample some. Or maybe some people who might want to get together and share samples of what you have? Anyone interested?

|refplace_top||12:03 am - Workshop in OKC by Fakir Musafarand Cleo Dubois|
Diverse Paths is bringing in Fakir Musafar and Cleo Dubois to Oklahoma City.
This will be the biggest event in a long list of events and presenters DP has hosted and at $75 for both days, plus a charity dinner and showing which will benefit a local charity and the NCSF.
As you might know Fakir was one of the first piercers in the US and along with Jim Ward opened the first piercing shop, the Gauntlet. He is also a Shaman, and founder of the Modern Primitive movement.
Without his efforts piercing might not even be possible in todays America and it certainly would be years behind the acceptance and popularity it now enjoys.
The SPIRIT+FLESH ceremony is only preformed a few times a year and never before in this area, it will be a day long event.
This is a serious transcendent style ritual and though observers are allowed they will be excluded from certain portions of the event and will be removed if they disrupt the proceedings or disturb the participants.
The Branding class will teach various types of branding and include several demo brands. The needleplay class is going to not only be an instruction in how to do that but also a fine example of energy exchange in S/M play.
We have people coming in from all over because not only is this a rare event but nowhere else can you get so much for such a bargain price. Also Oklahoma hotels are cheaper then some other states and we secured good discounts.

|refplace_top||09:02 am - Posting about a Shaman|
I am posting news of this event, it is a ritual on Sunday Oct 30.
It is called Spirit+flesh and is based loosely off the American Indian sundance. It will not be the rite of passage exoeriance but is instead an energy exchange ritual that will involve chest piercings and tugging against a partner or object.
It is pretty extreme but pretty exiting and the couple doing have done it in various states for years and this is a chance for Oklahoma.
If your interested let me know.
Other then that I look forward to watching this community.
Its been a hard few years with storesand groups closing, I hope that changes.

Namaste and Blessings all! Just joined tonight and thought I would post an intro. I am Ravyne Hawke and I have recently moved to Tulsa OK from Virginia. I am an eclectic pagan with a mixture of Wicca, Buddhism and Taoism along my spiritual path. I practice Reiki and Yoga. I am married and owned by 4 cats. I would love to meet others who live in or near Tulsa.
Love and Laughter,
